All of our bread is naturally fermented for 72 hours in order to extract as much flavor as possible. Made 100% with wheat grown in Minnesota, our bread is truly a taste of home!








Artisan Style Sourdough
Shaped and proofed in traditional French bannetons and baked in cast iron. These loaves are given a beautifully thick crispy crust and deep toasted flavor!Whole Wheat Sourdough
Our best seller and personal favorite loaf of bread. This dough is mixed by hand with Minnesota grown whole wheat and baked until a deep brown. This as well as a 72 hour cold ferment with our in-house sourdough culture creates a highly complex flavor profile.

Classic Sourdough
Made from Minnesota grown organic bread flour, proofed in a traditional French banneton and baked in cast iron our artisan loaves have a thick chewy crust and soft airy crumb. Our classic sourdough has a milder flavor than the whole wheat making it perfect for anything from a sandwich to French toast!

Sourdough Pan Bread

Our traditinional boiled bagels are flavored with barley malt and our in house sourdough culture giving them a sweet yet complex flavor. The tradition of boiled-then-baked bagels is centuries old and is what gives them the thick chewy crust.
